Constantino A., “Coco” Alinsug was born and raised in a political family in Cebu City in the Philippines. He is Lynn’s first openly gay city councilor. He comes from a family with a strong political and community tradition of service. Coco was the first Executive Director from Lynn of the North Shore Alliance of GLBTQ+ Youth, NAGLY. Coco came to the US in 1996 and has been a resident of Lynn since 2003, where he lives with his husband Peter.
